2. The Service

PlanTrip is a free travel planning platform providing destination guides, climate data, visa information, trip planning tools, and related travel content. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Accounts

• You may create an account to sync your trip plans across devices.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Data

You retain ownership of all trip plans, checklists, and preferences you create. We store this data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Accuracy of Information

Travel information (visa requirements, safety advisories, climate data, prices) is provided for general planning purposes only. We make every effort to keep data current, but conditions change. Always verify critical information (visas, entry requirements, safety) with official sources before traveling.

6. Intellectual Property

• Guide content, design, and code are the property of PlanTrip.
• Images from Wikimedia Commons are used under their respective Creative Commons licenses.
• Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under ODbL.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Impersonate others or create fraudulent accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlanTrip is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to travel disruptions, visa denials, safety incidents, or financial losses. Use all travel information at your own risk.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
